JoAnn and I took Ed, a friend of the family, out to a local seafood restaurant for dinner. Ed is 94 years old and still drives and does his household errands.The lady sitting with Ed is Mary, the owner of the restaurant. 

A Visit to the Grand Teton National Park

 We have paid a visit to Grand Teton Park with a follow up visit to Arches National Park. While at the Tetons we had the pleasure of being with our good friends Rob and LuJean. This trip was fun.

Copper Breaks State Park, Texas

May 19th and 20th found Tom visiting Copper Breaks State Park. The purpose of the trip was to recon a couple of trails that are suitable for mountain biking. 

 It's morning and we're about to have breakfast. We have a visitor (Tinker) who wants to be involved too. 

JoAnn is taking a break watching tv and Tinker (our short-hair Tuxedo cat) saw an opportunity to have a cat-nap on her lap.

A Walk In The Park

We have a nature preserve close to our neighborhood which is a delightful place to walk. Today was very pleasant with temperatures in the mid 70's. Along the way, the visitor gains altitude and visits this walkout for a scenic view of the area.

New Year's Eve

Christmas #2

This is JoAnn setting on the sofa with Walter, Janet's dog, who is a hoot to be around. Right now, he's a little sleepy but he did leave some room for JoAann.

We spent this weekend at Janet's house (JoAnn's daughter) who lives out of state. This was the scene when we arrived at Janet's house; needless to say, the Christmas spirit was in full force.
